hey guys, I kind of live in England and i've been offered a jobo in St Louis, MO. Obviously I will be coming to check out the place very soon but i need to know how life is over there for foreigners. I understand that it was part of the southern states, and i dont want to trouble KKK. how much do the houses cost, roughly how much dollars on average is a 2 or 3 bed house. on the other hand how much is the rent for 2/3 bed? are houses rented furnished or unfurnished? what about car insurance? My employer has arranged that i meet with estate agents and relocation experts but as you all know they will definetly be biased. i would rather get the info from jamas. i dont want to throw wood by leaving england and ending up in the middle of no-where. i'm hoping to come in a few weeks time for a week to check out the place. are tornadoes an issue in MO? how about winter? do you get snow storms? should anyone be upto showing me around, i.e. driving around the place i can spare some time. i'll take care of transport so you shouldnt worry. is there a place kenyans frequent where i would most likely meet some jamaas i can talk to?
